McMurrays isn't recommended anymore! From NICE CKS: The McMurray test for meniscal injuries is no longer recommended because of concerns that it exacerbates the injury and its low diagnostic accuracy.

Thanks for helpful video resource. Just one comment; we should only really expose areas relevant to the examination. This man was asked to take off his shirt (he had it on during consent). In any other real context that could be considered unprofessional.
