What a wonderful song. So pure, so true, coming in a simple apparel but filled with the Love of God (that always comes with Truth, that would be the "I'm trying" 😊).
It reminds me of the discussion between Jesus and Peter after he betrayed him thrice. "Peter, do you love me?", "Yes Lord, I (am trying to) love you". Adaptation mine, but search for the greek version of John 21:15-17 to see the meaning.
Thank you soooo much Jason Gray for your music, I discovered it once in winter 2021, at a very hard time of my life.
