The Berline takes its name from a type of carriage or later a type of automobile. One of my favorite lesser known Hernes bags. I think the stitching on the front panel looks like auto seat upholstery from the 50's and 60's.

Thanks for this video. This is the only English version available to me about the Harnais bag. It’s been on my radar since May 2019. Finally got one on the preloved market. Last time I saw it new for sale was in 2020 but only on the Hermes Macau website. So definitely can’t get it new in North America if anywhere.

My mom used to use her Virevolte bag so much when she was taking care of us while we were young. It's very casual, and flexible in terms of how much it can carry (think extra jackets/toys/wet wipes). The buttery soft leather is one of the hallmarks I still remember. Definitely a great mom bag

i love hermes bags. but have no intention of owning bkc. i have the berline mini in swift and its my favorite bag. i also have in-the-loop in gold swift, ultrapla gm in togo raisin, roulis in barenia gold and planning to own a toolbox and clic-h 21 bag as well. great video loved watching it. i like bags that nobody knows exists.
