Skyrim Very fast way to get destruction to 100

I have a different way of reaching whatever level you like - Harmony in Whiterun. I had to reach a master level of illusion first and make enchanted cloths with 4 x 25% less illusion spells cost but later it all depended on my patience.

If you dont have secret of arcana or dont wanna get it now or later then you can use this method get your enchantmrnt skill tree - enchanter to 5 then -insightful enchanter -corpus enchanter
After getting this perk get 4 grand soul gem
And lastly 4 pieces of cloth captain boot, captain cloth, ring, nechlace
You can get cloth and jewellery from solitude merchant
Then use the enchantment table and get those 4 items fortify destruction and then each will get a 25% less mana cost total of 100%
And you can cast this spell 0 mana cost

You don't actually need to do this, just get unbound storms, hold it then fast travel somewhere far it doesn't take any magicka to do lol

Well this game have alloot of bugs, like this one, the game comes with cheaths itself
