What my FAMILY OF 7 EATS in a MONTH! Monthly MEAL PREP for a FAMILY of 4 ADULTS AND 3 KIDS

This is how I take the stress out of meal planning by prepping our meals for a month. We are a family of seven people and sometimes thinking of what to make is quite tasking.

In this meal I prepared our favorite dishes and stored them. From soups, to stews, sauces, stir fry and even bread!

I really love that the children are participating in chores, that is very good. Start them young. Contrary to beliefs, lots of parents in the diaspora train their children to participate in house chores. My grown daughter can cook very well, apart from general house cleaning. Started her from when she was very young. She never complains. Always looks forward to it. Even Starts before me. Train them young, it helps. Kudos to you dear. GOD bless.

I love the dish washing idea. My son is always asking but he can’t reach the sink. He’s 3 son to be 4. I don’t want to discourage him from learning to clean. But a least we can start with that one even if I have to closely supervise.
