The BEST Spikes for Cross Country?

I feel like there’s not enough material underneath the heel for XC. You really need a lot more support because you will not be able to run with perfect form landing on forefoot the whole time.

I like the saucony velocity MP’s, they have enough cushioning for XC but are not too heavy. Pair them with Nike pyramids and it is really good (at least for me)

Why not the dragon fly xc? Those versions pf the dragon flies are designed for xc specially

I’m wearing cloudspike amplius I think it better bc there carbon plate but I don’t want the dragonfly 2 bc the plate isn’t carbon and not the elites cuz the non removeable pins will be cooked after just a few races and the 4 pins will give less traction on technecle courses anyway. Plus I raced in cloudspike 10k last track season so I will be consistent with the feel

I definitely prefer the Dragonfly XC over the Dragonfly 2. The 2 just falls apart much faster and feel awful off of the track.
