It's very clear that mumbai real estate market is highly inflated purely because of the skewed demand and supply..the properties don't do justice to the value of the money.

Instead pay 20, 000 per night and stay like a king in Taj Hotel, mumbai with lovely buffet, swimming pool and hundreds of Staff working for u round the clock and still only spend 6L a month.😅

You should make a video of the big bungalows of farmers in Kerala. The reality is that at least 1000 farmers in my small village have bigger luxury houses than this 17 lakh rental property. Here we have views of beautiful coffee plantations and very fresh air, while in Mumbai it is the city view, but polluted air. In Mumbai, it would cost around 40 crore, while here it could cost around 1.5 crore to construct the bungalow. Here we travel 30 kilometers in 30 minutes, while in Mumbai it could take 2 hours. Mumbai is rich; we are not that rich, yet I felt we have 10 times better quality of life than the rich of Mumbai.
