SHEIN Clothing Returns | My Experience

If you were wondering if it's worth trying SHEIN, you probably are considering the returns process - if you get items you don't like or don't fit, does SHEIN have a good return system? Or are you basically out of luck? I'll be sharing my experience quickly with you today to help you out.

Finally somebody explained that "you are welcome to keep the items" message. I seriously thought it was a mistake and that I'd still be charged if I kept the items.

I think you're correct about the shipping label cost. It costs $3+ to buy labels, even with a discount. I sell small things under 4 oz and sending a polymailer envelope across the country to the other coast still costs me $3.18, and that's with USPS. -____- FedEx and UPS is way worse.

Let me tell you my experience with SHEIN. I purchased SHEIN many time until they sent package that’s missing some items. They responded that there’s no missing items, and said the problem is solved. Won’t pay you back the money for missing items. Won’t give you the item you have paid for.

Is it one free return per order and any additional items from the same order will be a $7.99 fee or is it one free return from your entire account history?

Quick question, did you just tape up the white bag the stuff came in or did you get a new bag from somewhere? & for the shoes did they send a return label to your email?

Thank you the same thing was happening to me and I didn’t understand why I wasn’t getting a label and it was my first time doing a return well trying to return and I got that red warning refund. Thank you for explaining and hey free items.

So this is my first time ever ordering anything from Shein and I selected that the item didn’t fit and I got an email saying my order had been refunded and it would take 7 business days to get back to my card but I can’t seem to find the return label :( (looked everywhere for it ) should I contact them or are some things just not returnable ?
