I appreciate what you said here . But this I guess is too much for a requirement, first of all the amount of MAANG opportunities are way less in Germany than even India. Also with the kind of profile you said (open source, great projects) people can definitely target remote jobs rather than coming here for subpar salaries. In India students from tier 1 colleges get into Top product based companies even with basic projects .
