Matcha Black Sesame Banana Bread! Yay!

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 3 TBS olive oil
- 1/3 cup brown sugar or sweetener (I used a brown allulose blend)
- pinch of salt
- splash of vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1.5 cups flour
- 1 TBS matcha
- 1 TBS black sesame powder

Mash the bananas in a bowl and add in all the wet ingredients.

Add the dry ingredients except the matcha and black sesame. Divide into thirds and make a matcha portion, and a black sesame portion.

Spoon the mix into loaf pan, alternating between the different batters. Swirl with a toothpick.

Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.

I have a mason jar full of black sesame seeds, a bag of matcha. Thanks for the idea. Question: did you toast the seeds before powdering?
