Matcha Chocolate Pound Cake w Black Sesame Crumble| Streusel Topped Cake| Mini Pound Cake Recipe

You will be surprised how well chocolate, matcha and black sesame goes together! This cake isn't too sweet and has an earthy component to it, perfect for me. 😁 Hope you try out this recipe and enjoy it!

Black Sesame Crumble
- 30g black sesame (or less if you don't like the bitterness of black sesame)
- 70g flour
- 38g butter
- 30 to 40g sugar
- 10g yoghurt
- 12g peanut butter/ black tahini
- 7g honey/ maple syrup
- 1g baking powder

Pound Cake
- 110g butter
- 90g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 20g milk
- splash of vanilla extract
- matcha: 48g flour + 7g matcha powder + 1g baking powder
- chocolate: 48g flour + 7g cacao powder + 1g baking powder
