Actually, that's not the most ideal way to scale a dip. Preferably, you would have your hands on two separate objects on either side of your body so that your hips can align with your shoulders at the top of the support position, which replicates the full dip movement more exactly, and at the bottom this would also allow your hips to track in line or slightly behind your shoulders (as opposed to in front). Otherwise, good video :)
