I have been researching giga metals also and I found another concerning thing about their recent price spike in September. It was in the news how numerous executives sold alot of shares during that 2 or 3 day price spike. Tonight I thought I would look into it a little more and came upon how a company that owns a portion of the company (conic) sold 3.95 million shares at an average price of $1.73 a share during that spike. That is almost 6% of the company. Add the executives and conic and they sold about 10% of the company conveniently at the 52 week high and I'm sure all the other small investors were given the short end of the stick to put it nicely. It seems rather suspicious to me and I think regulatory organizations should look into it.
