I’m eighty four yrs old had this condition for twelve yrs now nothing seems to work for me had Botox for eleven yrs I’m going to make an appt with a neurosurgeon soon I can’t take this anymore but being scared is what’s bothering me right now I know what all you folks with this problem are going through thank god there are doctors that can help us god bless them.

Hi, how it started? I’ m from Italy and I’m afraid. I have some tremors under my left eye near my

Had it since I was 16. Just turned 46. I was 19 when I was diagnosed and told of all of the options. Just decided to live with it. Didn't even research it much until recently, and found that treatment is about the same as it was over 25 years ago.

I get it in the cheek and my eye closes and and ear I get light headed Light and sound bother me ! Looking in to surgery

For how long have you had it? Do you have pain aswell? For me it feels like im going around with a black eye all the time.

My twitch started underneath my eye and then has gone to my cheek and by my lip. I believe I have a hemifacial spasm, but my doctor said it's myokmia. I will be getting a second opinion. I wish you well!

I had it since 2010, and I have tried any treatment, doctors, acupuncture, still doesn't give me result yet. Then I decided to live with it.... Fighting :)

Did this just start with your eye? My eye has been twitching daily for 3 weeks and some of the twitches pull it almost closed. When did you realize it was not just your average twitch? 😔
