Happiness is a powerful political tool. It's not as powerful as hatred, sadly... but it builds a longer lasting flame in the individual. One well tended candle can out burn a thousand waving tiki torches.

Thanks for doing this interview! I continue to be impressed by how you're raising the bar. This show is a light in the darkness.

Marsha P wasn’t at The Stonewall when the riotting broke out. She confirmed this in a 1987 interview. Sylvia Rivera was in Bryant Park that night high on heroin. Also, please don’t forget the white, cisgender participants in the Stonewall Riots. Everyones heard of Marsha, Sylvia and Miss Majors. Ask anyone who Martin Boyce, Danny Garvin or Jackie Hormona (who most people say threw the first punch that started the riots) and most people don’t who they are.

Btw. if you haven't seen Soldier's Girl (2003), based on a true story, I recommend it (should be free online). An American soldier was killed by another soldier because of a love affair with a transgender woman.

May she rest in peace, I'm just glad her story's being told.

Thank you, Seth and team, for making me aware of this. I would have liked it a little better if you'd said the name of the documentary in the clip, but at least it's in the video description (or maybe they did say it, and I just missed it).

I'm sure he work is fine and I really want to watch the documentary on Netflix but until it's confirmed or denied fully whether he stole work from a trans activist and creator (Reina Gossett ), Idk right now if I can. However I am looking forward to more LGBTQ documentaries by other and more LGBTQ creators, as well found this clip of this interview interesting.

So what's going on with the LGBT soldier story? I haven't heard anything for a while.

David France STOLE material from trans women of color to make this documentary. He shouldn't be allowed to get away with it.
