Thank you for this. I start training next week. Scheduling has been the most difficult thing to wrap my head around, but I think it's something that I have to experience to understand, and that it's easier than I think.

I know that as a n00b, that I will be working holidays, redeyes, and "undesirable" flights (for lack of a better term). So that won't be a problem.

On reserve at OO can you trade a longer trip for a shorter one or does it have to have the same value?

All AA employees have the same Schedule structure ? I have a friend who’s a ramp agent who is really good at the scheduling thing so I wonder if he could help me in that or is a totally different world
