hey, i'm new to the channel. excellent work! i appreciate the obsession with comparing recipes. when cooking dishes and baking stuff, i usually evaluate several different and deduce what would be the perfect combination (counting in the proportions), otherwise i'm anxious if maybe i missed something. with that said, these recipes are really so close that the difference is almost non-existent. in these particular ones, mike guy uses a bit more pb (which you can put more or less) and cocoa, like 1-2g per cookie (barely noticeable in a big-ass 170g cookie), and that's pretty much it. and if you compare their chocolate chip cookies recipes, i think it's just half/double the amount, no difference whatsoever. other than that, you did a great research. unfortunately, no peanut butter chips in my country, some day, maybe...
