This story has character development and I like it. The scene where MC rejects the FMC was so satisfying, he ain't gonna date a girl that bullied him and others that easily. And the rejection was her wake-up call, since she's been acting like a one-dimensional villanous popular girl until now.

I glad that we are getting more stories, where the FMC goes through character development. I also glad that they are not dating and started out as friends at the end. They needed to get to know each other before they start dating.

I love it. There's a hint of the old tale about the cute guy who grows his hair long on the wrong side of his head, but I totally respect how the guy wasn't a simp. I also like how this manga explored how some bullies became bullies in the first place. No respect for them that they don't deserve, but at least the manga is aware that they did not start out evil and that they're human too, if a bit misguided.

It's nice that Yukinari told Ai to apologize to the other students she bullied as well before apologizing to him first and it's great that she realized that she wasn't any different than the bullies that bullied her and and changed for the better and it's also nice that they started off as friends before they started dating.☺️

I liked how our guy handled this one. Without question, Tsukishima was a bitch, and didn't deserve immediate forgiveness, and even she knew that. She tried to change herself to not be looked down on, but she did it in the wrong way, and it almost made things worse for her. But when she realized that this wouldn't get rid of the bullies she already had, she also realized just how bad she was being, and worked to better herself. While they may take some time before becoming a couple, I think in the long run, these two would work out, since they bring out the best in each other already.

Props to my Co-Star, RiceSumiChu, who always does an amazing job, and today was no exception. Great work!

Really great how well Yukinari handled Ai after she 180ed. He rejected her when she confessed to him and flat out told her that it was because she was still the same girl who bullied others. And even after she apologized, he made her apologize to those she bullied as well. Now she's changed after experiencing bullying herself at the hands of others. And it was sweet that they started off as friends rather than immediately dating.😊

You know what they say, bullies often do it to hide their own insecurities. Luckily his scolding made her realize that her attitude was getting her nowhere. And she was teetering on the edge of it biting her in the ass down the line. If he didn't step in, her future could've been tragic not only for her but maybe even those around her.

MC rejecting the FMC the first time was correct, as she seemed to only want to date him for more status. However, he was not having any of that and correctly called her out on her condescending behavior, which was a big turn off for him. He helped her from her past bullies to start breaking this cycle and allow her to truly atone for her actions.

The second rejection MC did was for a more practical reason, as his request to start as friends first is reasonable, as this will allow him to see if FMC has truly changed into a better person over time

Normally in stories like this I'm all about the bully getting their comeuppance. But by fleshing out the characters beyond their roles in the story, FMC's redemption feels like a satisfying conclusion.

That being said, MC might have been able to avoid a lot of difficulty earlier on if he'd just gotten a damn haircut! He has hentai protagonist hair for crying out loud!
