Southeast Asian salmon soup 😙 ~

I made this for my lunch the other day and got soo many messages asking for the recipe. Well, here it is!

I’m not really sure what to call this but it’s definitely in the realm of Hmong/Lao/Thai food because of the ingredients used. I wasn’t able to find galangal and lime leaves, but if you are then definitely use it to flavor the broth.

Why does it have to have lots of bones? Does it add more flavor? I’ve never really cooked with fish 😅😅

If you pan fry it then add in hot water, it will be way better and it removes the fishy smell😬

I don't get why some people are scared of the salmon head. It tastes really good and it has a lot of fat. It's really good to make sinigang with it. 😊😊😊💖💖💖
