Trump loses bid to block Stormy Daniels, Michael Cohen testimony in 'hush money' trial

A New York judge says Donald Trump's former lawyer Michael Cohen and adult film star Stormy Daniels can testify in the former president's upcoming "hush money" trial. The decision is considered a major blow to Trump, who tried to prevent both of the prosecution's star witnesses from taking the stand. Important clarification & correction of their alleged legal analyst: 1) 45 ain't gonna review jack. Reporter should have said 45s attorneys ... review documents. 2) It is not at all unusual for this many documents to come close to trial. Legal teams have man power & knowledge to go through this many pages very quickly. CBS, you really need better reporter/"expert" to inform the public.
