Rocket league not starting fix - STEAM

Go to rocket league properties in steam, go to updates tab, uncheck enable steam cloud synchronization.
Then go to documents, my games, rename the rocket league folder to rocket league old, or basically any thing.

The problem (i think) is if you have it for both steam and epic...the cpu doesnt know what to do. I tried everything but going to "my games" and adding old to rl file fixes it. I didnt even have rocket league downloaded through epic and it took forever to figure out the fix.
