Bbm did not leave anything substantial out at all. Take note 'substantial'. PBBM set aside key contentious issues in his SONA as these are better left digested and regurgitated first before corresponding policies or pieces of legislations are issued and passed, respectively. Thus, there is a need for a closer and more productive working relationship between the three branches of government to debunk any malicious claim of creeping dictatorship. Meanwhile, not all plans are revealed in a first SONA. It would be “first things first”. Manage expectations. Patience is a virtue. Let the career critics continue to ply their trade. They are the necessary evil to validate before the world that there is true and vibrant democracy in the country, that free speech is alive and unlimited!

Every President have their own priority plans, and policies. PBBM prioritized economy because we need to alleviate economic status in order to survive the global crisis experience by other countries.
