Stranded in a hotel room in Chicago during a rainstorm listening to this. Watching cars and people do their daily dance to this music. Almost surreal how well it takes me back to the streets of Blade Runner 40 years ago.

This movie! My God what a flood gate of surreal memories that I have from a care free time that I can still see, taste and smell. These were the best years of my life. I would trade almost anything to go back with what I know now to live those years all over once more. We were lucky to have lived in the last best decades of America in so many aspects.

One of the subtlest, most heartbreaking scenes in any movie I've ever seen was when she was in Deckard's apartment and told him about her memories...and he said, "Implants! Implants! Those aren't your memories, they're Tyrell's niece's." Then he walked into the kitchen and she was just stunned - her entire life was a lie, and it had been ripped away in a heartbeat. The single sniff she did just made me weep.
