Forget the cost. How about animal cruelty or negligence of an animal? Sounds like prison to me.

And yet I get a ticket for speeding 5 over the limit….. this is unacceptable, that officer should be charged

Isn't there a law that if a citizen harms or kills a K-9 cop they're charged with a murder charge? Why does law enforcement continue to hide these kinds of incidents involving officers?
