My mom and grandma always tell me that my skinny friend is ugly. They always body shame her and they say that they can't even look at her because of how skinny and "ugly" she is. I have a slight crush on her and i honestly think that as long as she's healthy, she's completely okay and not ugly.

Even if you aren’t that skinny or anything and someone makes a comment on that, it changes your whole perspective on yourself. In your eyes you look deformed or disgusting because of a single comment. Not even just skinny people. You continuously exercise and nothing changes, you eat a lot. Still no changes. Honestly, if you want to make a comment on someone’s body, it can change them completely..

I was skinny back then. Im still skinny. A few kilograms lower for my age but not too much. I went on a diet and ate more. You shouldnt focus on what people says and change yourself. You dont have to stay skinny forever. I got your back.
