All these comments talking about “It’s ok that he yells, he’s human and it’s ok” It is not ok to treat your colleagues and subordinates like this. If your colleagues and subordinate are to the point where they willingly do not want to be in the room alone with you then YOU are the problem. In any job this behavior is highly unacceptable and mistreatment.
