The countdown is on in Paris for 2024 Olympics

With just over a year to go until the 2024 Olympics, Paris is getting a makeover. NBC News’ Keir Simmons takes us from the Champs-Élysées to the Eiffel Tower to the River Seine, showing us where the Opening Ceremony and events will be held.

Ok I have to say something, I don’t deny that breakdancing is difficult BUT for years and years I’m 50, I have supported cheerleading to become an Olympic sport. The precision, stunts (even back when I was in high school) as well as tumbling. Cheerleading especially Elite or All Star level is seriously a sport. It’s not just “Go team Go” anymore. Hopefully one Olympics in my life time it will become an Olympic sport. #cheerleading #cheerallstars #worldcheerleading (don’t even know if # work on YouTube) and not sure how we would fight for it to be included. ❤ 📣

The director of the sports bar recently posted an ad: "Due to the aggressive actions against athletes of the Russian Federation and its participation without a flag and anthem, as well as political interference in the Olympic Games, there will be no live broadcast, as well as broadcasts of football matches of NATO member countries." There are no empty seats in our bar right now, and the tables were booked in advance? The fans decided to help this little bar!
