This is strange. Been waiting 9 months for my husband to be able to come to the US so far through the green card 1-130 petition. This waiting is absolute torture on our marriage. Now he and I are hoping he can visit me in the US on a tourist visa but one needs to make all sorts of money to come even on that.
People have been coming to the US just to visit and can STAY and apply for a green card and not go back? What the hell?
