My Father advised me to put red and green apples in the blender with water not milk and have that for dinner he told me it could help with erection, and he was right I keep doing it for almost 2 weeks and I was another man. I had high blood pressure issues early this year. The hospital put me on medication. I hate taking medicines of any kind. So I sought alternative solutions to my problem. My diet became 100% veg with 95% being fruits. I took medicines for two weeks and thereafter stopped. My reliance on fruits and veg have worked well for me. I have regained my all-round strength and I am still improving. I have no intention of taking medicines again. I don't know about you but it has/is working well for me. I will insist that NATURAL IS GOLDEN.

You know your science about having good health. It all ties into the food we eat. I've noticed my love life has gone to the dogs. I have changed my diet and started eating fruits and vegetables more than anything else. I eat a lot of apples, spinach, almonds, and tuna. It has made all the difference in the world. It took about a week of this style of diet to notice, but it is very noticeable. The wife is happy too!

Just started watching your videos. Yes! I consume most of these foods when I make my daily smoothies. I just have start eating more watermelon, oatmeal and pomegranate.
I eat a healthy salad and drink a fruit and green smoothie every day.

When I eat smoothies I add green vegetables, I really like greens like beet greens, spinach, collards, kale, mustard greens are awesome, they have a slightly spicy taste and they can warm you up. Its great for circulation. I will do my best to have a large 32 ounce smoothie every day. Plus a salad. Along with more activity/exercise, breathwork, meditation. I hope it will work.

Just make sure you stick with organic, with apples and nuts they are heavily sprayed with pesticides. Great list! I’m about to start now thanks!

Good list stay with organic apples. The good stuff is in the skin, but the skin of the apple maintains or stores all the chemicals that were used on it
