Hello, I'm arriving at KIX going to my hotel near Osaka Castle. If I board a train, would I still need to reserve for my luggage to be allowed (24 inch) or that rule only applies to Shinkansen trains.

Hello, in the visit japan web, is it not required to register for the quarantine QR code? Because I uploaded my vaccination certificate there but it's not changing from red. It says please register but also put a disclaimer that it's not needed
