Very helpful video. If you have time to answer a question, greatly appreciated. The ordinary car has so many seats and all the tourists have luggage. How is it that the luggage compartment at the ends of each carriage is enough for all the luggage? (I had experience in other Western countries where the train's luggage compartment was full even in business class and no place to put my luggage.) Quite anxious as I'm thinking whether I have to buy a more expensive green class ticket.

Hi, is the immigration located in the first floor? So, if I go to the train station for JR for the Haruka ticket, I need to go to the second floor and go outside?
