If you want to get extras of the new drill bit, get the 310 kit. A few bucks more than just the drill bit alone. I keep bits set at different depths so I don't have to mess with the collars all the time.

A 720 Pro “Master” would be pointless because they’ve basically abandoned one of their best/most useful across all products (and even stand alone items) in the Kreg family; that being the Kreg auto clamps. The decided aerodynamic would be better than being able to clamp or use the cheesy turnbuckle clamp. The thing doesn’t need aerodynamics; it needs at least the same quality plastic, construction, and engineering that the K5 had. Aside from there being more storage space in the wings, it’s all a total fail: plastic is spongy, the thing gets in its own way on multiple levels, and the way the wings attach is laughable. It’s as though they’re hoping to cash in on the person who’s going to buy one for a single project and never use it again. I predict they’re going to regret this product in the long run. I appreciate the review brother 👍, I’m just less pleased than you are. I’ll stick with the K5 and willing to sell the 720 for a 50% loss just to put it behind me.

If you used the automatix clamp on the 720 it would stick out too far and it would get in the way unlike the supplied clamp which does not get in the way and is much better in my opinon.
