Brother, I have been listening to your videos past few weeks. I didnt understand your logic here.
If we are buying a currency with higher interest rate than what we sold (whose interest rate is low) then we have to pay that would be a negative swap and vice a versa.
For e.g : Suppose we bought USD/JPY where USD i.r.t (interest rate) is higher than YEN. Which means if we keep USD in the bank and get 5% i.r.t, 2% i.r.t on Yen and buying higher i.r.t currency in exchange of lower ones then we have to pay 3%. That means i had a negative swap.

In your above Jhon's e.g you explained if we borrow less i.r.t and lend with high i.r.t then we get 1% profit.
I am bit confused.
