Daniel Sancho Bronchalo was convicted of killing Edwin Arrieta Arteaga, from Colombia, on Koh Pha-ngan in southern Thailand, last August. Bronchalo, 30, is the son of Rodolfo Sancho Aguirre, a prominent Spanish actor, and Silvia Bronchalo, also an actor.
