You know what's interesting is that Kate Winslet had a very bad time during one scene filming Titanic where she felt that she was going to drown. It was that scene where she and Leo were trapped in a corridor and a huge wave of water swept them away. Her coat got stuck then she felt like she was gonna drown there. She and James Cameron had a bit of tension because of that scene. Kate was a bit angry that it felt unsafe while James was telling interviewers that she was perfectly safe. But now, it's amazing to see Kate and James working together again and Kate is learning freediving and breath holding. It's just interesting to see that contrast from over two decades ago where she had trouble with water and now she's mastering it with the same director.

I love how everybody is trying to make it a competition but Kate is just so modest and down to earth. Who can hold their breath longer, who can do this and this. But Kate doesn't even acknowledge it, instead she gave the trainer credit for teaching her how to do it.

Speaking of debates about the Titanic, I am very much in line with what James Cameron has done. It's not that I don't want them to have happy endings. But logically. They were in the Atlantic Ocean with low temperatures (freezing point). Jack will not have the energy to get up to the door, and so was Rose (doesn't mean they didn’t try) If you watch carefully, there was a scene of Jack and Rose trying to get up to the ground. the raft, they tried to adjust, but the door flipped and flipped again, until they couldn't and only Rose was quite in the door.

Note: Rose didn’t say "I'll never let you go, Jack" she Said "I'll never let go, Jack" There's a difference in meaning.

That was meant : Rose and Jack knew; There must be one of them both survivors. That's why Jack did say to Rose “Promise me Rose, you’ll never let go” then Rose reassured and promised by following what Jack said “I’ll never let go, Jack” which means she won't give up and will try to live on for Jack.
