Every holiday folks wants me to make Pernil Asado. I learned from a Puerto Rican woman. I used that exact seasoning, however I throw in some of my Haitians spices.These Spanish folks be going crazy for my pork. I had to making two. Oh.. my Spanish imperial rice is to die for.
