There are tons of guides showing the world the basics of all software, this knowledge can be achieved in a few hours by self experimenting.

What we / I want to know is the hard part, which is HOW to build the model, not implement some overly used school example of a model, that has no resembling to the real world. Linking up relations from Adventure Works, with already established keys, is not the requirements from the real world, with a crazy number of joins and complications.

Where are all the advanced explanations? I've been searching the internet for days now :)

I think what the community wants are good practice examples from the real world. Take an example from my workplace:
I probably have hundreds of tables that require seven maybe eight joins to create a unique row (AX Dynamics 2012). How am I suppose to build the data model and setting up relations, with one and only one key between dimensions?
