Emma Heming is opening up about the toll that caring for her family has had on her mental health. While talking to The Bump, the model, who is married to Bruce Willis, admitted it is hard to carve out time for herself while also being the caregiver for her family. "I struggle with making the time for self-care every day. I put my family's needs above my own, which I found does not make me any kind of hero," she said. Her comment comes months after it was revealed that Bruce had Aphasia, which affects a person's ability to process language and communicate.

Well they make enough money to hire people to come in and help and whatever manner that's needed so that she can have an hour or so a day to herself. Most people do not have that luxury. So if she does not have employed people to come in and help I hope that she does do so. It's a big change from going to the parties and the social life to being at home caring for your family. It's an adjustment she will get through it

With all that money they have you would think that she would hire caretakers, assistants, drivers, and specialists to help her with her so called weary existence.
