I'm super high eating a microwaved breakfast biscuit and I had a thought and this just calmed me down. I even stopped jumanji 2 mid movie to figure it out lol 400% there.

I always thought microwaves couldnt hurt you because they are non-ionizing. Meaning they dont have the ower to rip electrons off of atoms

whenever my hand is within about 2 feet of a microwave i feel a strange buzzing sensation in it. It feels weaker too.

And also, even unshielded microwave radiation can, worst case, give you thermal burns. The photons are far too low energy to cause mutations to genetic code. Just figured I'd add that for completeness.
