Just found while browsing this subject that my phone has a sleep mode which turns everything black and white. Unsure if that works as well for people that have problems sleeping. Will find out soon.

We don't have color lens on my Samsung A12. What to do? What else should we turn off or install on the cell and laptop to protect ourselves. Sorry, if we sound like a tube light ourselves 🙂

at first i couldn't find it. It is not avaliable using the path you showed. However I used the search engine typing "blue light filter" and it sent me to that configuration page.
It won't work trying to get there as you did
