By factor theorem a=3b
So,
a⁴-7a²b²+Kb⁴=0
•Dividing both sides by b⁴
(a/b)⁴-7(a/b)²+K=0
From Eq1
81-7(9)+K=0
So K=-18
On putting it..(Factorising)
a⁴-7a²b²-18b⁴=0
a⁴-9a²b²+2a²b²-18b⁴=0
So.

••(a-3b)(a+3b)(a²+2b²)

Part 2 :-
*P(a) = a⁴ - 7a²b² - 18b⁴ = 0
a⁴ - 9a²b² + 2a²b² - 18b⁴ = 0
a²(a² - 9b²) + 2b²(a² - 9b²) = 0
(a² - 9b²)(a² + 2b²) = 0*

Zeros :
a² - 9b² = 0
By quadratic formula :
roots = *3b and (-3b)*

a² + 2b² = 0
By prime factorization method :
roots = *√2 b and -√2 b*
So the final 4 factors of P(a) are :-
*(a+3b), (a-3b), (a+√2 b), (a- √2 b)*
