I just ordered a roller. I need this in my life. My job can cause me pain often. Standing on concrete, metal, ladders, and bending in awkward positions. Shipbuilding wrecks the body. I am going to use this often!

Not made for anyone over 50! These exercises were weirdly complicated and twisty and not knee friendly. If you're a woman in menopause, look for mobility videos specifically for this phase.
