Just one correction, Its measurement range for the i400 is actually from 1 to 400 Amps. The 10 amp limitation that you are referring to is only relevant is you are running the load through the DMM in series. Because the i400 is measuring the magnetic induction then translates that to an output of 1mA per Amp it is able to measure significantly larger currents than the Digital Multi Meter can do alone.
Thanks for the reviews!

Great video, although it wasn’t the clamp I was interested in, but the potential of a particular fluke multimeter. Still I was able to find the answer through your channel, thank you very much sir.

Thanks. Appreciate your time and thoughts. Just got it after watching this for my 289.

I like these styles of clamps as they have no batteries to worry about and you can just leave them in your tool bag for when they are needed - obvious downside is that they are AC only, but thanks for the cool video.

I enjoyed you video. I'm a little confused because there is a Fluke i400E going for about $60. Which seems like a bargain basement price compared to the i400 price. Do you think the i400E as good as the i400?

Will the Fluke i400 work with your Amprobe AT-6010? I realize the Amprobe CT-400 is specified for the Amprobe AT-6010 but the Fluke i400 is a lot less expensive.

Yo tengo el 289 y i400. Yo estaba probando el consumo de un horno y me mostró 14 amp. Lo que yo no entiendo es porqué dices que mide solamente hasta 10 Ampère?
