Why is CBC so mad at Twitter?

The social media network Twitter put this label on CBC’s accounts recently. And the Canadian public broadcaster is not taking it well. They immediately stopped posting to Twitter, saying the label is “deceptive.”

As a crown corporation, the CBC is a government FOUNDED, FUNDED, OWNED and REGULATED media org. So they SHOULD in fact have a STATE-AFFILIATED MEDIA tag. Every STATE-AFFILIATED media orgs also receive their funds from other sources than their leash holding government. The CBC, like other orgs of it's kind, are extant as long as they don't bite the hand that owns it.

I guess the truth hurts. And the fact that they argue that their reporting is impartial is comical to me. Most Canadians can identify that it is, in fact, not impartial.
