Dutch oven whole roasted chicken
Whole chicken (out of refrigerator 30 minutes before roasting)
2 sticks celery
1/2 orange
1/2 lemon
1/2 onion
Fresh thyme
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1/4cup butter (soft)
Salt,pepper

Preheat oven 375F.
Put celery on the bottom and put chicken on top of it.Tap chicken with paper towel.Stuff chicken with onion,lemon,orange,thyme and tie legs.
Sprinkle salt and pepper.
Mix butter with garlic and rub it all over chicken.
Bake it for 1.15-1.30 (inside temperature 165Fat the thickest part of the thigh).
Every 30 minutes brush chicken with butter leftover.
