The fastest, easiest way I found to straighten my hair, (very long, at the time), was using a tool from an Asian Market, (I bet Amazon has it by now).

I think it’s Korean. It’s a hairdryer brush combo. The bristles are solid, (Not the boar bristles or round brushes that get stuck So easily!), and the air comes through the brush with amazing results!
