I spent like half an hour digging what the fuck is 12 cest when I have gmt+1, then I learn that Poland is not on gmt (like for last 32 years I'm living, still, even fuckin windows setting it still refers to gmt here xD)..

The best time zone is given to the US and East Asia, the worst time zone is given to Moscow and Istanbul, and the second worst time zone is given to London and Berlin.
It means the US is obviously where Blizzard's headquarters is located, and while the number of players in Korea and China continues to increase or decrease relatively less, the number of players in Europe has decreased significantly over the past year.
This is not unrelated to the fact that the proportion of nicknames in Korean and Chinese is increasing on various Diablo IV leaderboards.🤔🤔
