For banks that are in another state or on the East coast and we are in the west coast can we still go to that state and apply? And do we also need to register that LLC as a foreign company in that state ?

To be eligible for that line of credit from the average bank must your business have been very active in it's two years of existence? Or could it have been in existence only and just bideing time?
