What I really want to know, not just about Covid-19 but all viruses like this, is - after the virus gets onto your face from your hands etc how does it work it’s way into your system from there. Does it have some sort of motility through liquid on the surface of your skin or does it travel by infecting neighbouring cells from cell to cell. i.e. face skin cell to skin cell towards mucus membranes in the nose?
