Another good video Sling and Stone, but one suggestion:
One should start reading the Bible from the first page. The "New Testament" is the fulfilling of what was prophesied in the "Old Testament". EVERYTHING you see in the New Testament has a connection with the Old Testament. Read the Prophets. They were not just speaking to the Israelites of those times, they were speaking to us. They were not just refuting them for idolatry and disobedience, but also the Believers in this day and age. The Bible is just like any other book. It makes little sense to start at the back of the book. If you don't understand what happened in the Beginning of the book, how can you make sense of what happened at the end of the book? The "Old Testament" is the Very Foundation of the "New Testament". The "Old Testament" was quoted over 300 times in the "New Testament". Yeshua (Jesus) fulfilled over 300 prophesies from the "Old Testament". It is how He was proven to be the Messiah to Believers. Yeshua told us that, "He came speaking, not His own Words, but His Father's". He also told us, "Do not think I came to abolish the Law and the Prophets." We really need to know that these prophets said and what "the Law" actually is. They are the instruction booklet especially for the "End times".

Jesus read the Old Testament and taught his disciples from those Holy Scriptures. Wouldn't it be wisdom to study those Scriptures as he did? I believe you will gain a better understanding of the creator, once we study the Torah and you will come to learn what is expected of us as believers in Christ and servants of the Most High. The Prophecies in the Old Testament are far more Powerful than the prophecies of Popes or Nuns believe that.

Joining a church body can be very beneficial to a believers life, and the body could be just 3 people who meet online or at a home or the body can be a group of believers of any larger size and place. With the corruption having become so prevalent in ALL institutions of the world, it has become increasingly hard to find a body of believers who you can trust, especially as a newer believer. The point is this, much like the thief who was also impaled upon another cross beside Jesus, which demonstrates the impossibility of any act by man being required for Salvation; we too are solely required to recognize our sinful nature and to Believe in His gift of Grace which provides our Salvation. In other words, when Jesus said on the cross, "It is finished", he meant it. There is absolutely Nothing that we can physically do to affect our Salvation. To think that you have the ability to do something/anything which would affect your Salvation, is attempting to buy a stairway to heaven. By thinking you have some kind of responsibility of doing any type of act in order to attain Salvation is saying that it isn't done quite yet Jesus, what You did was great and all but step aside so I can show You how it is really done. That is not going to work, so I suggest you remember this. So, in order to be saved and attain your Salvation, simply do the following: Recognizing your sins have condemned you to Hell, and you can do nothing to change that, pray for God to forgive you for your sins, recognizing Jesus has already paid the price for your Salvation in full with His Blood thru His GIFT of Grace, and acknowledge that you are ready for God to take the lead in your life, done through the Holy Spirit taking habitation within you. Congratulations, you are saved! From that moment on you will begin to recognize how the Holy Spirit moves within you, causing you to become more observant of your sinful nature. Thru His still small voice regularly reminding your conscience of the changes you need to make, regardless of how many your have already made along your journey to be more "like" Christ. You will stumble, it is our fallen nature, from Garden of Eden, also made more difficult due to the teachings provided by the Fallen Angels, as well as the effects of their progeny, the nephilim, who haunt and deceive us every chance they can. For evidence of your name being in the Book of Life, in some time as your new life brings forth fruits, having labored and grown in your new birth; those fruits will be recognized by those in your surroundings as being righteous. Being an example, spreading the gospel, joining a body, reading and studying scripture, singing praises, teaching, tithing, ministering and other Godly activities are all very good acts and when done with the right intentions will deliver many many blessings to you and often to those around you, but remember these acts are not tied to your Salvation and instead they serve the world around you as an example of the how good God really is, and as evidence that you are truly born again.
